Tips are appreciated but never required. Our pricing is fair without tips — anything extra is a genuine thank-you, not an obligation.

One-time and deep cleans: 10–20% is generous and common for exceptional work.
Recurring service: many clients tip occasionally rather than every visit — holidays are the big one.
Holiday tip: the equivalent of one visit is a beloved tradition for long-term clients.

Honestly? Consistency and kindness rank high. Clients who communicate clearly, give feedback, and treat our team well get our best work every time. A glass of water offered, a thank-you note — it matters.
How to tip
Cash handed directly is simplest. If you won't be home, leave it in an envelope marked for the team. For recurring service with rotating teams, ask us how tips are shared.
